Yanmo draws upon her extensive 15-year experience in FTSE 100 companies and diverse workplace environments. Yanmo has worked at renowned organisations such as HSBC, British Airways, John Lewis & Partners, Financial Conduct Authority, Marks & Spencer, New Look Retail, Whitbread and more. Yanmo is a knowledgeable, energetic, and empathetic facilitator. She is also a guest lecturer at Loughborough University on Cultural Leadership.
Her guest speaking sessions are recognised and acknowledged by House of Lords, the BBC, the Department for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy, Loughborough University, Lloyd’s Banking group, the Black Police Association, and the UK Black Business Show. She is a Certified Neurolinguistic Programming coach and certified life coach.
