In 2019, he established TMS UK Properties Ltd, a company dedicated to helping individuals, particularly those from underserved communities, gain access to wealth-building opportunities in real estate. His company has since grown to offer training, mentorship, and hands-on investment support across the UK and internationally.

Kayode’s deep passion for knowledge has led him to participate in numerous international conferences, professional development programmes, and real estate associations. As a mentor and business coach, he is known for his authentic, value-driven approach to helping others grow both personally and professionally.

Beyond business, Kayode is a devoted husband to Mrs. Deborah Yetunde Adeagbo, and a proud father to Precious Toluwani Adeagbo and Cherish Adewonola Adeagbo. His family remains a core source of inspiration in all his endeavours.
