Amaka comes from an engineering background, which progressed into statistical data analysis and computer programming.
Her interest in the way systems work made her delve into the field of operational research where she currently uses problem structuring methodologies and systems thinking to solve complex problems relating to government policies, including the UK tax system of which she has become conversant with.

Amaka loves to understand why things are set up the way they are and uses this analytical mindset in her everyday life.

Amaka supports her husband Ikenna in ministry, and they are blessed with two children.
